Whether the Upstate New York folk rock group—which today also includes violinist Claire Byrne, bassist Joey Arcuri, and drummer Sam Fishman—are converting new fans on a hardscrabble tour across the country or playing to a devoted crowd at hero Levon Helm’s Woodstock barn, the band’s shapeshifting approach to folk music continues to break new ground. And yet in many ways Driftwood's latest work, the transformative December Last Call, finds the group coming home. 

Opening the show is Justin Singleton, a singer/songwriter, and native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland

"Tom Nutty and Friends" Comedy Night at Cult

Tom Nutty has teamed up with Grin and Bear it Ent. to bring a spectacular comedy show to Cult Classic: "Tom Nutty and Friends" 

Tom Nutty has been building his nameperforming across the DMV. Working with comedians like Andrew Santino, Justin Schlegel, John Conroy And More. He performed at Skankfest in Las Vegas in 2023, and was a finalist at Magooby's "New comedian of the year" - You can also catch him as a regular at Church Of Satire Comedy Club. Justin Schlegel is a comedy and radio superstar. He's performed at the world renowned Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Justin has worked with Dave Attell, Lisa Lamponelli and Harland Williams. You can hear Justin every weekday morning on Baltimore's number one morning show, 98 Rock's Justin, Scott and Spiegel and on The DLP Agenda Podcast.

David Grant needs help. That's a true statement as well as his Instagram handle. He started comedy two years ago and since then audiences all over  have asked the same question: why? People have said things like "good set" and "good for you" and "I don't know how he gets booked other than maybe he looks like plant based Henry Cavill". He performs regularly at Church of Satire Comedy Club in Hanover, PA, Laughing Stock Comedy Club in Grantville, PA, at the Comedy Zone in Harrisburg, PA and at Cellar Door in Frederick, MD, and you may have seen him at Good Karma Comedy Festival or on Tony Woods and Friends.

Bobbie Ray is a comedian, not a NASCAR driver, based in Maryland. Traveling all over the DMV and beyond to make people laugh at his stories and observations. Bobbie Ray is like finding money in a pair of pants you hadn’t worn in a while. You think he’s “just another comic” then BOOM, your night just got that much better! Greg Giraldo Jr. has been doing comedy in New York City since 2020. He regularly performs at The Grisly Pear, Broadway Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, and AC Jokes Comedy Club. He’s been featured around the country in such states as Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. The son of comedian Greg Giraldo, he has appeared on Comedy Central, Hulu, and HBO all before he even graduated high school. Additionally he has been named one of two winners of the UG comedy competition championship belt, the other of whom is Usama Siddique.

Chris Pierce works the crowd with outlandish takes on the experiences of his not so everyday life. Expect a delightful mix of improvisations, clever one-liners, and a brazen yet relatable approach on how he views the world, delivering punchlines seritiam, leaving no room for audiences to catch their breath. 6 years into Comedy, Chris is a regular at the Church of Satire Comedy Club (Hanover, PA) and Dream Big Venues (Delmar, DE), and producer of Cult Classic Comedy Night (Stevensville, MD). He has shared the stage with the comedic powerhouses such as; Justin Schlegel, Jim Bryan, Darrin Rose, and Tony Woods.

The Local Singer Songwriters Round

Ashley Chapa grew up in a family of entertainers. Her roots are planted in country music from singers like Patsy, Dolly and Loretta. She also loved the soulful sounds of Motown as well as the big power house voices of Mariah, Whitney, and Celine and she's excited to make her mark as a singer on the Eastern Shore and put out some original music of her own.

Jen Schimpf is a self-taught pianist and guitarist who weaves indie blues vibes with heartfelt storytelling. Inspired by her experiences navigating emotional and physical challenges, her music offers a sense of healing, strength, and connection. 2025 brings exciting developments, as multiple songs from her 5-song EP Static in the Attic will be featured in an indie film selected for the Santa Monica Film Festival. Jen has performed at notable local events including the Annapolis Songwriters Festival and Songbird Festival, and will be gracing the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage this June.

Nicholas Ray is a promising, self-taught musician/singer/songwriter  hailing from
Maryland's Eastern Shore. Nicholas creates his music based on life experiences that many people can relate to. He is strongly  influenced by the sounds of  Zach Bryan as well as Charles Wesley Godwin,  and Tyler Childers.
Nicholas is well known for his indie country;  his laid back- relaxed style which makes his music
easy listening and thought provoking.

Callum with Luke Borchelt, Skribe and Jeremiah Coyne

Callum, an 18-year-old singer-songwriter from Berlin, has a unique tone of voice that permits her to travel swiftly through the world of sonics, making her own rules. Born with synesthesia, she chooses simply to make music that looks and feels right to her. She blends her influences of Indie Pop, Folk, Jazz and R&B into something truly special.

With a humble start performing at farmer’s markets and restaurants, Callum has been playing music professionally since the age of 13. She was quickly sought out to perform at special events and festivals nationally, opening for touring acts such as Coldplay, Foreigner, and The Wildwoods, experiences that truly shaped her into a vibrant, captivating and well-polished package.

In addition to playing at The Annapolis Singers Songwriter Festival, Maryland Folk Festival, Delaware Folk Festival, and Ocean City SpringFest, she released her debut EP in February of 2024 and went on a headlining tour with notable stops at The Bitter End (New York), SXSW (Texas), Gamble Rogers Folk Festival (Florida), and Bonnaroo (Tennessee).

Among many accomplishments Callum has most recently gotten the chance to audition for American Idol S23 premiering on ABC and Hulu. Following the Release of her Sophomore EP, American Idol and additional new music to come in 2025 she is back on the music trail to travel the world and share her gift & experiences.

Alongside Callum are three fellow top tier singer songwriters from the region; Luke Borchelt, Skribe, and Jeremia Coyne.


Luke Borchelt is a country styled singer, songwriter, and proud Maryland native whose music tells the story of his roots and influences. A self-taught guitarist, Luke picked up the instrument at 23 and soon began writing songs to share with those closest to him. His sound is a unique blend of classic country storytelling and the rhythmic pulse of DMV hip-hop, shaped by a diverse range of influences—from the Southern rock of Lynyrd Skynyrd to the lyrical depth of Frank Ocean and Atmosphere, to the raw authenticity of Tyler Childers. Luke’s music is a reflection of his upbringing in Maryland—honest, heartfelt, and always grounded in the experiences of real life. Whether he's capturing the soul of the country or the grit of the streets, his work stands as a testament to the power of blending genres and staying true to his roots.

Skribe is a garage-folk artist whose passion and great music has led him to becoming a staple in the DMV region and beyond. With deep introspective lyrics laid over a bed of roots and blues he forms a bond with the listener and brings crowds closer at every show he plays. Equipped with an oil can called a canjo-zookie, an eight-string guitar with a biting, blues-y rasp accompanying himself on the suitcase-kick and hi-hat. Skribe's got the voice (and the old-school Cadillac) to match.

Jeremiah Coyne - Honest and Authentic: Two words to describe Jeremiah Coyne. A Recording Artist from Berlin, MD whose mission is to help people understand that they’re not alone. He calls on his life experiences and lessons learned when creating and merges this with sonics reminiscent of Imagine Dragons, Bon Iver, Hozier, and Coldplay. Writing music from the heart bridging the gap between hope and reality by letting the world know they are not alone in the way they feel. Pouring his soul into his music provides a comforting perspective to help the world keep faith alive.

Flatland Drive Bluegrass Band LIVE at Cult

Flatland Drive began, not as a joke, but as a serious effort to blend traditional, hard-driving bluegrass with modern stylings, on April Fool's Day in 2009.  The members of the band hail from either Caroline County, Maryland or Kent County, Delaware, and their proximity is alarmingly close.

In their time together, the band has shared the stage with the likes of bluegrass giants such as The Seldom Scene, The Lonesome River Band, Dailey and Vincent, The Boxcars, and many other stellar bands in the world of bluegrass.  They have worked very hard to write, find, and sharpen a wide array of material that showcases the instrumental prowess of their players and the respected harmonic talents of their vocalists.

From multi-day weekend bluegrass festivals to intimate, yet down-to-earth weddings and everything else in-between, Flatland Drive is available to bring its talents and musical repertoire to nearly any occasion.  The band hopes to see you in its musical journey sometime or many times throughout this year's playing season.

His show, The Mind Noodler, isn’t just about tricks—it’s about storytelling, laughter, and the unexpected.

Matt’s journey into magic started in an unconventional way. As the head writer for Penn & Teller: Fool Us, he was challenged by Penn Jillette himself to learn just one magic trick. “It’s harder than you think,” Penn told him, “but you might be better at it than you think.” Instead of learning just one trick, Matt learned seven—each from a different magician—and wove them together into his first-ever performance. From that moment on, The Mind Noodler was born.

Matt spent years honing his craft on the road, opening for Piff the Magic Dragon and refining his unique, comedy-infused approach to magic. Now, he headlines his own Mind Noodlingtour, performing at some of the most prestigious magic venues in the country, including LA’s Magic Castle, The Chicago Magic Lounge, and Nashville’s House of Cards. Evan Sky-
Evan Sky is a singer-songwriter currently based out of Annapolis Maryland.  He originally got his start on Long Island in NY, as a DIY artist.  He continues to embrace the DIY music ethos on his debut album, “Evan Sky & The Clouds”: a collaborative project that touches upon Alt-Pop, Surf Rock, Indie Folk, R&B and Jazz, in such a highly eclectic way, it is reminiscent of 90s band Ween in that it is transcends traditional genre descriptions, but delivers on whatever it sets out to be.

Grayson Moon-
Baltimore based Singer-songwriter Grayson Moon brings a refreshing new experience to the alt-pop music scene. With an eclectic mix of song styles, Grayson blends soulful vocals over contemporary guitar and electronic instruments to create larger than life soundscapes. From funk inspired grooves, to foot stomping anthemic choruses and hopeful yet poignant lyricism, Grayson Moon’s music provides a deeply emotionally driven crossroads experience where Sting and The Killers meet John Mayer and Allen Stone.

Madisun Bailey-
Madisun Bailey, a 22-year-old self taught singer-songwriter from Baltimore, Maryland, cultivates a distinctive style of funk, pop, soul,  and splash of blues and jazz influenced by many artists such as, Erykah Badu, Lianne La Havas, Willow Smith, Radiohead, and Billie Holiday. Her guitar technique and lyrical prowess are central to her artistry.  Performing regularly at bars, restaurants, festivals, and venues across Maryland, she also devotes herself to crafting her own music, eager to record it and share her art with the world.

We are thrilled to announce that Medium Debbie Wojciechowski will be coming to Cult Classic Brewing in Stevensville, MD to offer a fascinating Mediumship Experience!

Join Medium Debbie on Thursday November 13 2025 as she provides detailed messages to random audience members from their loved ones in Spirit. While all attendees are NOT guaranteed a reading, it is an excellent opportunity to better understand the amazing world of Spirit.

Debbie's metaphysical journey began with a near death experience when she was a teenager. Multiple personal losses in her early 20's prompted a personal journey to study and learn more about what she had come to realize is a Metaphysical gift. She has studied extensively with British mediums in the traditions of the Spiritualist Churches of Great Britain. Concurrently she did pursue a more 'normal career'; she holds a masters' Degree for Johns Hopkins and worked as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for over 20 years.  This background and experience dealing with very difficult situations lends itself well to the readings she provides with insight, sensitivity, and empathy. 

We do ask that all attendees be at least 18 years of age. 

Reserved seating (seated) is $45 per person.
